We do not accept return of body products ordered by customer,exchanges, or cancellations.
Lost Packages
Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 4 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 7 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises."Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds on Damaged or Lost Products
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
